Tim Dowling is the SVP Eastern Divisional Manager for Nations Lending. He is dedicated to expanding mortgage sales and operations. His extensive experience includes serving as a Senior Vice President at Guaranteed Rate, where he played a crucial role in the area's mortgage landscape. Prior to that, he spent almost ten years as the Vice President of Illinois and Wisconsin at Prime Lending.

He holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Marketing from Winona State University.
